Many of our items, particularly our embroidered dresses, kaftans, and jewelry pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Product descriptions specify the manufacturing method for each item.

We recommend:

• Hand washing in cold water with mild detergent
• Laying flat to dry to preserve embroidery
• Storing folded in tissue paper to prevent snags
• Ironing on low heat with a protective cloth

We offer global delivery to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). Our headquarters are in Jacksonville, Florida, but we serve fashion lovers worldwide.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with tracking. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing).

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS postal service. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

For Standard Shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be limited depending on destination.

While we provide estimated delivery windows, international shipping times may vary. We monitor all shipments and will notify you proactively if significant delays occur. Customs processing in your country may add additional time.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Embroidered and customized items are final sale.

We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
