Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must accompany the return
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bodysuits, Earrings, and Hair Accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective. All jewelry items must be returned in their original protective packaging.
Return Process

- Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Jacksonville address (provided in your return authorization)
- Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you once your return is processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item with standard shipping
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artisan-crafted item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.
